Cancellation Policy

Payment

Full payment is due at the time of booking. We accept all major credit cards online or over the phone.

Personal checks must be received at least 30 days before the trip departure date and must clear before your reservation can be confirmed.

Responsibility

Hampton Jitney, Inc., the tour operator, and its agents act as representatives for passengers in all matters concerning tours, meals, attractions, and transportation. Hampton Jitney does not assume liability for uncontrollable circumstances such as traffic, inclement weather, or delays. We reserve the right to substitute comparable services.

Hampton Jitney reserves the right to cancel any tour, in which case you will receive a full reimbursement.

Identification

Each passenger is responsible for carrying identification and documents allowing unrestricted travel to the destinations offered on these tours. Hampton Jitney, Inc. cannot be held responsible and will make no refund for any unused portion of a tour caused by lack of proper identification or documentation.

Conduct

Hampton Jitney reserves the right to decline to accept, or decline to retain on a tour, any person whose conduct, in the sole opinion of the tour operator, would in any manner be prejudicial to the good order of the tour or the enjoyment of the tour by others.

Federal and state laws prohibit smoking on the motor coach.

Photo and Video Disclaimer

Hampton Jitney, Inc. and its affiliates reserve the right to use any photograph or video taken at any event or trip by Hampton Jitney, Inc. without the express written permission of those included in the photograph or video. Hampton Jitney, Inc. may use the photograph or video in publications or other media produced, used, or contracted by Hampton Jitney, Inc., including but not limited to brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, and websites.

To protect the privacy of individuals and children, images will not be identified by name or other personally identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject, parent, or legal guardian.

By participating in a Hampton Jitney, Inc. event, you agree to release, defend, hold harmless, and indemnify Hampton Jitney, Inc. from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness.

Any person or organization not affiliated with Hampton Jitney, Inc. may not use, copy, alter, or modify Hampton Jitney, Inc. photographs, graphics, videography, or similar reproductions or recordings without advance written permission from an authorized designee of Hampton Jitney, Inc.
